Very nice awing, smooth operation and quality materials but the instructions left a bit to be desired. I would recommend reviewing the booklet, the illustrated instructions, the video on the amazon page and YouTube videos before installing. All that aside it's really nice when up.

Quality is ok, not top of the line. We wanted something to shade us from the sun in the mornings and we thought ok, not the best rated but a bargain and what did we have to lose, couple hundred bucks.Was really hard to install and figure out but patience got us there and I’m very happy with the end result.I do not like that vevor puts advertising on the valance. I removed the label but holes remain, albeit obscure and not really noticeable. Stop doing that Vevor! It’s not free advertising.So bottom line, take your time, expect some headaches, and consider different hardware for the brackets. We have fascia brick and a 6 inch fastener wasn’t going to work.But if you can see through all of that, you’ll end up with a nice awning that appears like it should last for less than $200. Worth it in my opinon.Good luck!

This is not as bad as I thought it would be. Installing was ok. It works out great for what I needed. The material seems to be ok. Only time and the weather will tell if it lasts.It introduced me to Venor, where I now purchase other items from them. Their products seem to be ok. No complains from me yet.

I've bought quite a few stuff from this company and been happy. But this awning is very, very poor in construction. As soon as I rolled it out, the bar bent. I can only roll it out about six feet before it starts to bend.It is mounted 8 ft off the ground by the time it hits 10 ft There is only 4.5 ft of Clearence between the ground and the front Of the awning

I bought the 12' x 10' awning to cover most of my patio, which it does. It was easy to put together, even if the instructions were disorganized, and bolted right to the spot I needed. It extends and retracts manually without any issues and has provided me and my family the shade we were looking for when we sat outside on the patio.

This awning will work for what we're using it for to provide shade and rain protection while grilling. The instructions left a lot to be desired. I contacted customer service with several questions but they only answered one of them. The wall anchors provided would be fine with solid concrete walls but not with cinder blocks like we have in Florida. I had to go get new anchors to make it work.Overall, I would not buy this brand again.

I'll start with saying that this is a good awning. Now, like in most of the other reviews, the directions are near useless. Definitely take your time because at some point something will be wrong and you'll have to redo it. Once I got it together and seen how it was supposed to work I was able to fine tune it (not in the instructions) and now it works well. As far as durability, time will tell but appears to be simple and solid enough to last quite some time.

Installation is not very easy and not very difficult also. Just pay attention to the instructions at detail and see the video..Structure is strong and very functional.I really happy with the quality and the way it works
