Great pan for a big paella. Easily fed 6 people with big appetites. Had to straddle 2 stove burners at times but came out great.

Size is perfect for a paella for a family, as what we want is enough to share for at least 25 person, or more if they don’t eat too much or if you have more food to share in the plate.Material looks strong. Haven’t cooked in it yet but excited to try it.

I bought this 15” paella pan as part of my journey towards making authentic paella and it’s the perfect size to serve 4 or 5 people. I was able to use it on the largest burner on my stove and rotated the pan as it cooked. It worked well and the enamel coating made for easy cleaning.

Do not recommend, came with chips and and paint coming off
