Not able to advise
These didn't end up working in the product intended, so can't give an opinion to how the work.

Exactly as described
I just got the batteries, so I can not attest to longevity or life. They were a perfect replacement for my solar lights and seem to function as promised.

High capacity rechargeable batteries for flashlights
My family has converted to mini LED flashlights with aluminum housings that typically require 3 AAA batteries in a plastic container. We use rechargeable batteries wherever possible, and we don’t use the flashlights often. So, when the flashlights are needed, we have needed to swap out the batteries with our phone lights. Since using these much higher capacity 18500 batteries, the flashlights haven’t run out of battery power. Even if it does, replacing them should be much easier than the 3 AAA batteries in that container.
