Nice soccer ball for a child

This is a good soccer ball for the kids to play around with at home. It took a bit of effort to inflate, so I recommend an electric pump if you have one. It is shiny like patent leather, and it shows the dings from the kid's shoes, but they are happy with it.

My 12 y.o. niece plays club soccer and has various gear at home for solo practice. This ball gets regular use for dribble drills on grass and asphalt surfaces, and thus far it's held up. You do need to have your own equipment for inflating the ball--it does not come with anything.

Got this for my second grader since he is starting soccer. The glaring thing you are going to notice as soon as you get this is that it is very small. But after verifying at the store, this is indeed a size 3. Just be warned that if you are looking for a soccer ball for a 2nd grader, you might be a little safer with a size 4 or 5. My son's coach doesn't seem too thrilled about the size of the ball my son's been using.The ball itself is just ok. Took a bit of effort to inflate, and keeping it to the recommended pressure made it tough to work out the creases from how it was shipped. Even massaging it and pushing on the deformed side seems to not make any difference. I'd like to overinflate it to get it right, but I noticed a couple of spots where the stitching was coming undone. I think I would destroy the ball if I inflated it too much. Don't expect to get any deals with this one. Found soccer balls of better quality in the store for the same price.
