Nice, holds tight.
Well made, nicely finished, handy, clamps securely. The 1 inch diameter tightening knob is beveled and serrated for comfortable. I measured the clamp's post diameter to be .745 - .750 inch, which explains the snug fit in the 3/4 inch diameter dog holes in my bench top. Even though my bench top is only 3/4 inch thick, the knurled post seems to hold well. The post is about 3-3/4 inches long, and the clamp pad extends about 3/8 inch below the arm when screwed all the way up. The maximum work piece thickness that I could reliably clamp was 2 inches. Anything more, and the post would pull out.

good
No unpleasant surprises. Worked as advertised. Quality was OK. Think I'd prefer smooth pipe to textured but seems to work OK.

Impressed
The media could not be loaded. I chose these bench dog clamps based on their size, specifications, and reviews. They hold the workpiece down securely when I'm drilling, sawing, and performing other task. They lock into the 3/4" hole when pressure is applied by the screw-down clamp. I didn't have any problems with them coming loose. I did have to bump them down a few times, but that was easily done with the heel of my hand. When I was finished using them, I had to wiggle them a bit to get them out of the hole. Video is me trying to pull the board loose from the clamp, Not Possible.

Works for me !!!
So far so good . I've only inserted them in the workbench & clamped down 1 project . I bored out the bench dogs holes with a 3/4" spade paddle bit because the brand new forstner bit wasn't quite doing it's job . These dog hole clamps fit pretty snugly . In fact by forcing them in followed by a couple of clockwise turns the holes are reamed out enough for a looser fit . Because the barrels are knurled they act as a round file / course sandpaper . As far as I can see these are made well enough to stand the test of time . As a note , I'm not one to exert extreme forces on my tools that would cause them to fail . As in handyman , light carpentry &/or hobby work . So far I recommend them .

Didn’t fit into 3/4 in holes in my workbench.
I returned these and bought the Taytools hold down clamps for less than $5 more. What a difference. All steel, not aluminum. Much more robust. Rigid clamping.
