Works best with broths, soups, stews, liquid stuff but I put this in everything including meat marinades and scrambled eggs, makes everything taste better, dissolves easily.The unresealable plastic bag is a bit annoying but I just transfer the contents into tupper ware and meter it out from that instead.

The taste is better then Accent and other common MSG options in the USA because they add disodium guanylate and inositate, which are naturally derived ribonucleosides that act synergistically with MSG to produce the umami flavor. Top shelf stuff! Note that the granules are slightly larger than Accent, so just be prepared for that

Got exactly what I orded.

Rather than the tiny cube-like crystals I'm used to, these crystals are longer prisms (but still tiny). They don't dissolve as well into foods.

This is nothing but salt. Very expensive salt. And no returns are possible. Don't waste your money!

I thought I was ordering pure msg. After I opened it I noticed that it was salt with msg added. So now I’ve got 2 kilos of expensive salt.
