Comfortable
Love these! They are comfortable, and the weights are much nicer to work with and better looking than other types. Very nicely made. They adjust easily to fit and not slide.

Very light, not bulky like others
I REALLY like these ankle weights. I saw a youtuber wearing them during one of her workout vids and I just had to have them. I have the old heavy sand version of ankle weights, which I no longer use anymore due to how bulky and uncomfortable they are. These on the other hand, are extremely flexible and don't put pressure on or hurt your ankles. I haven't used them on my wrists yet, but I'm sure they are comfortable there too. They are super easy to use and I love the fact that you can take the weighted bars off for different weight adjustments. They are so comfortable I can wear them around the house and pretty much forget they are on my ankles. These have been a nice addition to my workouts. I just might get myself a second pair.5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great quality
Such great gripper power, it’s hard to undo bands. Also there is a lot of band left unsecured which can be annoying while using. But otherwise these are great quality, comfortable, and I appreciate the little storage bag.

Great to wear for walks
These are great for daily walks or when you’re just around the house. I use them when I clean and do my daily chores. The fit is perfect and comfortable, and they come in in a variety of colors. Also, they’re easy to store and aren’t bulky.
