Inadequate Info on Amazon Web Site
Ordered a Medium Size and Received a Small Size. The Web Site gave no Specifications on how to determine the size needed, but figured according to info for other Wonder Care Neck Supports. The small size length was good for a 14 inch neck, but the small size height of 3 inches gave no support for a 4 inch to 4.5 inch Neck Height. I fear that if a Medium size or Large size is asked for as a replacement, then the length would be too long. I am deciding to return it instead of replacing it, out of the FEAR that I will be doing a 2nd Return. Returns are a PAIN...
