Just an antihistamine
I was hopeful that this was some sort of natural blend of things like melatonin and tryptophan. I should have read the post more clearly.This is simply an antihistamine. Yes, it makes you tired and that might help you sleep. But for me, it makes me tired the entire day if I take it the night before. You can get the same effect with Benadryl.It will help you sleep, but make you tired the next day.

Best night
I like this product it’s similar to Benadryl. I think half a pill works well. If you take the whole thing, it will make you drowsy during the day.
