Quality Produce - Nice and Light - used to make Sopa de Fideo - delicous!
I was watching a youtube video about comfort foods around the world and a speaker from Mexico mentioned Sopa de Fideo - my local store did not have this t ype of pasta and I ordered it via Amazon and it arrived the next day, early enough to make the soup for lunch and it was delicious - I would gladly order this product again - good stuff!

Why is there chemical dyes in this??
Wanted to support the brand but I am absolutely disappointed. Why would you put chemical dyes in this? Please take the time to understand the side effects of consuming toxic dyes in even the smallest amounts. I hope you will reconsider and create a dye free product. Until then I will be looking for a better alternative
