I definitely help with dry mouth, but it is very spicy and hot. I am not a spicy person, and I did not like that part at all. I loved it, stopped my dry mouth that my medication caused, but I can't handle the hotness. My husband loves it, but he eats hot sausages regularly, so this gum didn't bother him at all.

Husband said the mint flavor was a bit strong however, it immediately started working. Super easy to open the package, just like any other pack of gum. 100% worth the price (which isn’t pricey) for what it does.

This item is wonderful! I have tried other products for dry mouth that were EPIC failures. Works great in reducing my dry mouth from the medication I take daily. The flavour of the gum is nice and fresh without being too overpowering and lasts a long time compared to regular gum. Will be buying again soon!
