Very good product. Looks nice and modern and is highly visible especially at night when it lights up, strobe is visible 24 hours daily. Not a DIY job unless you have had some advice in my view but excellent product

Correct installation manual

No idea how to connect it to my alarm panel. Googled everything. Up and down ladder. Never got it to work. Makes a good dummy box. Final destroyed the alarm panel, Acecnta. (Another not so hot product)Gone for a modern phone based product I canb control and monitor anywhere on the planet. Is it not time the alarm companies got their act together?This is a total stitch up and should not be on Amazon. You are not allowed to return it.No support from supplier. They want you to buy it but don't want yo to use it. Basically fraudulent sale of goods.BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased some time ago and had quick delivery. Product every easy to install after I downloaded some info from the net, but did come with adequate instructions. Works very well and stands out lit when dark to show as armed. Good product at excellent price.

Purchased to replace existing bellbox which had died. Wiring diagrams not really compatible with old unit and it took a while to figure out why strobe led was on continuously. I might add that I do not think that this is the fault of this unit, but the new control unit I was wiring from. My greatest criticism is that the comfort leds are useless for daytime but do show ok at night. Is very well made unit. Do not mount it too high under the eaves because you will not be able to swing the Lid open. You CANNOT Download installation manual from Pyronix unless you are a registered installer, which I am not. I think Amazon should highlight this before people make a purchase.

Nice design, and the control board is well protected from the elements so should last. I found it easy to install, but I have had lots of experience of installing alarms in the past, I see that there are three things which are not great:1. Expensive2. LED light and strobe light are not very bright, so not visible during the day and at night still poor3. The instructions relating to the default switch positions are very poor, although I didn't need to alter, just use the wiring diagram section

Well made and straightforward to fit with well laid out instructions ... very loud and flashing LED's to indicate its active.
