Better than average bore brush
The bulk of bristle wires in this brush make this a far better brush than the others. It's marked as a chamber brush, but it goes through my 12 gauge barrels quite nicely. It only takes one or two swipes and any gunk in the barrel or bore is gone.Great little brush. Just remember to push it all the way through before pulling back, and I take any narrow chokes out first.

Super good chamber brush
I use this as a chamber brush for my over and unders and it does a great job at cleaning the forcing cone.

Does what it Does
Chamber brushes are designed to clean the area of a gun barrel where the cartridge first opens up. With shotguns this area tends to have a lot of built up residue that needs to be removed these brushes are very good at removing it.

Cleaning bristle brush
The bristles run the full length of the brush, and I believe it will do a better cleaning of the barrel. I had to buy an adapter of my old standard threaded rod to use it.

Best bronze brush out there.
This thing really pulls out the gunk, second purchase, still in awe at how well it scrubs the barrel.

Top Quality
This is the best quality cleaning brush that you can purchase. Bristles in abundance with a brass core. Construction is quality and very heavy duty.I just came back to get a replacement after my son abused the brush cleaning the piston cylinder on his Mossberg 930. You know you really love a tool when it upsets you that it was damaged. After using it, nothing else is comparable in quality and effectiveness. After each use I clean it off after use with a blast of brake cleaner. It worked like new until it was borrowed.I'd suggest that you buy this product and not lend it out.

Cleans Well, But Fell Apart
I have a replacement on the way, so hopefully it doesn't completely fall apart like the first one. The brush does clean the chamber well because of how densely packed the bristles are. They are a bit soft, though, and the brush can actually fit down the bore of my 12ga. I was surprised it didn't stop at the forcing cones. So you have to be mindful of how far you push it down the chamber. On mine, the brass retaining ring that keeps the brush together arrived cracked. I didn't notice until after I tried to use it. when I pulled the brush out of the chamber, I was shocked to see only 1/4 of the brush. The rest was stuck in my barrel because the ring cam apart and most of the bristles with it.
