Big helper in this little tiller
Impressing for its size, does what it should, surprisingly easy, light enough, battery fit just fine.

Great Tiller, buy it you won't regret ti.
Wow, I was so surprised by this tiler. It is legit, has high rpms and can really tear up some dirt. I was putting down some sod, and used this to break up the soil, it worked so good. It was completely compatible with my Dewalt 20v battery system. I would highly recommend this product.

easy to use on and not too heavy.
I purchased this tiller to keep my vegetable garden rows weed free. This tiller works great for cleaning up the rows and weeding between plants. The soil I am tilling is basically on the soft side. It worked well and did what I needed done. I did not purchase this tiller to dig up grass or to handle tuff tiling jobs.

Impressed .... But....
First time use review. For those that down rated it because it did not come with a battery.... the product description and instructions clearly state that it does not come with a battery! Ya gotta read the description! Works with a Dewalt 20v Max battery that does not come with it ... but I am repeating myself. As a retired product designer, it is well made and easy to use. Easy to assemble, heavy which makes it dig up dirt easily. Only one fault. The three battery contacts can get bent easily and hence will not allow the battery to fully engage. And therefore the device will not work. Dewalt contacts are almost fully supported along their length so they are less likely to bend, the tiller's blades fully hang out in the air and if the battery is not correctly aligned, the contact blades will bend. They can be straightened with a pair of needle nosed pliers. Don't ask me how I know this :-)When using, I let it walk forward a foot or so and then slowly pull it back letting it churn up my partial clay/sand soil quickly. Does a good job. If working around plants with established roots, the smaller roots will get cut off and wind around the tangs, so they will need to be removed to allow each tang to cut efficiently. Bottom line, I like it and glad I got it. Makes gardening a whole lot easier.

Good battery tiller
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good value. Dewalt batteries work with this unit. So far, so good. Lightweight but powerpul enough to break up the soil and weeds.

Happily surprised!
Gotta be honest as long time Dewalt person, I was extremely hesitant to purchase this offbrand tiller. Unfortunately, Dewalt doesn’t make a battery operated tiller, and I came across this while searching. For the price, I decided to give it a shot and would’ve been happy even if it got me through the one task I needed it for. When it arrived assembly was very straightforward. I do understand what the other users have said regarding using caution when putting the battery in. I’m used to just slamming my Dewalt batteries into the tool and not worrying about it. This one you want to make sure that you put in gently and if it gives any resistance, just give it a little wiggle back-and-forth and it slides right in.As far as use, this thing is surprisingly powerful and doesn’t drain the battery very quickly. I used it to fill up a large area of dead grass so I could recede and used it in a large raised garden bed to turn all the soil in preparation for new plantings. This thing got through both jobs like a champ with no problems whatsoever. It’s not awkwardly heavy, but it’s heavy enough that you don’t need to press down to get it to dig into the ground. Very easy to maneuver around and guide and the handle set up is pretty comfortable. It’s made a lot more durable than I thought it was going to be.The other nice part is the fact that the blades come off extremely quickly and easily, which makes cleanup a snap. If it broke right now, I would without hesitation by another one.

Good product
I am giving this five stars because of the ease of use and the fact I can use my 20v DeWalt batteries. Also a plus is that with a 7amp battery it runs for several hours of off and on weeding. The tines are simple to take on and off for cleaning. It isn't powerful enough to break hard packed ground but is great for use in an existing garden.
