Norpro Last Drop Silicone Spatula (2-pack, Blue)

I bought these to help get condiments & sauces out of the tiny 1oz. jars that come with my meal-kit service. They do the job, but require a lot more effort than you'd expect. The problem is that the silicone ends are pretty soft, so they bend almost the point of collapsing, making them hard to guide properly. Another issue is that the metal rod is... metal. I keep wanting to bang the wand on the edge of the bowl to deposit whatever got collected in the scoop, but I feel like I'm going to chip the glass or scratch the metal of the bowl or pan. They should coat the whole thing in slightly stiffer silicone to make it easier/safer to handle.

Works great in small mustard pots, but not so much in tall mayo jars. Too flimsy to use with jelly or peanut butter but does quite well with tartar sauce and mustards.

Flimsy silicone! Handle difficult to maneuver.
