Cream fabric was attractive, soft and durable Chair was comfy and moved up/down without issue. Easy to assemble/disassemble. Perfect choice for the price.

This chair is AWESOME! I wasn't expecting much,because price is so inexpensive. First, my Son had this chair put together in 10 min! One thing strange, the screws were "Stuck" together ,so he hit with a meat mallot and they came apart,lol. Otherwise it is Petfect! Nice vibrating massage, not the rough hard ball mechanics that many massage chairs have. Heat is comfortable. I'm having hip replacement in a week, and this chair will "Save the day"and pain for me. We will be ordering a matching one for my Son. So happy 😊

We got it for my 95 year old mom who went into a nursing home. She loves it! It is simple to use and understand how to use the electric buttons to recline. The height was just perfect. It a great to have that extra help in lifting so she can stand up and grab her walker and very stable. It was very easy to assemble. The color selection was good and we were able to pick a bluish grey color that looks great in the room. The price was very reasonable. Very satisfied with the purchase

In terms of quality, instructions/ease of assembly, and price point, this product is 5 Stars. Due to circumstance of user’s height, 4ft 11inches, it did not satisfy user’s requirement. In sitting in the chair with feet touching the floor, there was a space between user’s back and back of the chair. Conversely, when user sat with her back up against the back of the chair, her feet would dangle off the front of the chair. Comment made only to make people aware of the circumstance - otherwise the product is excellent.

We got this to match a couch we bought from the same company & it is PERFECT!! Great quality, size, easy to use and the color is so cute and matches almost any aesthetic. We were putting together a couch in this photo so you can barely see but it matches my couch PERFECTLY!! Only complaint it more or less vibrates instead of massages like you’d think, but it still feels relaxing & heats!!

I was so excited about this chair because it had all of the features I needed at a decent price! All was good for about a month, then I started noticing things changing! The fabric down where my feet are had started faded and was balling up, then a year later a huge whole formed (see attached photo). After having it for only 3 months, the frame seemed to have bent because when I lowered or lifted the feet, it would go down all wonky and not smooth, not to mention that every time I started to lift the feet, it would get to a certain point, and jump real hard, then the feet come up really fast! It has only worsened with time. There’s no cushion between the massage knobs under the material and your skin, which is uncomfortable because on top of the already uncomfortable cushioning, the rather large knobs/bumps making it even more uncomfortable! I am 4’11” and it fits me perfect, so if you’re much bigger or a lot bigger, this chair would not be good for you! Luckily I purchased the protection plan for the item and filed a claim! So I did get my money back but will not be replacing it with the same chair! However, I guess you get what you pay for because I went to a furniture store and looked at some today with similar features and they were twice the price if not more, but so much nicer! So with all of that being said, I would not purchase this chair if I were you even though there are a lot of good reviews! I feel sometimes people leave reviews too soon after purchase! Mine looks like I found it on the side of the road or in a dump! It will be replaced asap.

This economical chair lets you do four things:1. Sit level as ia regular chair; feet on floor.2. Lift feet anywhere up to full height.3. Recline feet & back to sit, rest, or sleep.4. Lift seat fully up to standing (ejection).There is no remote; The up down buttons are built into the outside of the right hand armrest. Foot lift and backrest operate sequentially, NOT independently. Feet go up to full first, then back reclines. Upholstery is very tight; Rigid seat; Great support if that’s what you are looking for This is NOT A a plush chair. Wide seat! Two cupholders. Good value, but not fancy. I like it maybe better than bed for sleep, but watch TV more often from another chair.

Just what we needed. It does everything. Lifts, reclines, massages, heats, etc. Terrific chair and the covering we chose is just right, a soft blue, didn't want leather (too cold) or big fuzzy cloth (too warm), what we got was just right. Not too big, fit where we wanted it and very quiet while running.
