Great for Keto and Lasts Ages!
Bought this to use in some recipes whilst on the Ketogenic diet and it works great. Does not have a horrible taste and bulks up recipes such as pizza bases. I believe that there are not many carbs in Psyllium Husk powder and that they do not count towards a daily carb limit.

Avoid for bread baking - unless you like purple bread.
Yes I'm very dissatisfied with this product. It turns my Bakes yummy & purple on the inside.
