I have used many different eyebrow pencils over the last couple of decades. Elf has been very consistent with this waterproof eyebrow pencil showing them keeping that going. Glides and smooth the colors are great It stays on well…It does rub off, but you have to really rub it. Great product for the amount of money that you’re spending it will do what you need to do. I’ve bought this product for a while now and have recommended it out to several people who also have nothing but great things to say.

I can always count on Amazon selling Elf products. I have used many brow pencil brands and Elf is by far the best. It stays on ALL DAY because its waterproof and it comes in a few different shades. I especially like the fine-tip which allows you to shape, fill and define your eyebrows.

How can they sell this for the price -- it's just as good as the ones selling for 5 times this amount! I bought the color "blond" and I know from experience other brown shades are too dark, and this works perfectly. I applied it and then used the brush end to shape my brows up -- neat! The only thing I can't speak to is how long the product itself will last -- the last one I had ran out so quickly, I'm hoping this one lasts longer. It looks great though -- highly recommend!

Fairly dark considering this is BLONDE. I have medium brown hair and it's almost too dark for me. It went on pretty smoothly, no chunkiness or crumbling. The tip does not stay sharp after first use, is not good for detailing, thin brows, or brow ends that need a thin precise line.Updated review. OMG... it really IS waterproof! I have oily skin, and rarely find that "waterproof" items stay on my skin. I just tried to wash this off with my Cetaphil face soap and it is NOT budging. I even scrubbed hard! BRB, gotta run to the drug store to get makeup remover lol 😆. If the tip would just stay sharp this would be my dream brow pencil.

This brow pencil was bought for my elderly mom who now has gray hair so she wanted her eyebrows to match her hair and often it’s hard to find a shade like that. Thanks to elf. They made this great product that is durable. it lasts layers well over other products and is a wonderful color for people that have gray hair

I have white lashes and brows. So finding a good eyebrow pencil is a challenge.This goes on like a dream, and the brow brush blends it nicely.The color is nice, and just glides on.Definitely will buy again, maybe order and stock up!

So this product is great. I purchased the blonde and the color isn’t too light or too orange. It also lasts all day so why did I give it 3 stars? It is soooo thick. It’s really hard to get it where you want. I’m constantly having to use a Q-tip with micellar water to clean it up. And don’t even try to make hairlike strokes. It’s not happening. Please change this to a micro pencil!!!

When they say this is waterproof they mean it! I live in the south and these summers are no joke! I can put this on in the morning and it’s not going anywhere until I scrub it off! It lasts through my sweating, my hard workouts, it lasts through an outdoor run in 96° full humidity! You do have to work pretty quickly as once it sets it doesn’t budge. It’s a bit waxier than the other pencils but I love it. It’s so affordable and lasts so long. I’m really impressed!
