The area around the heel in my trainers was disintegrating so these are perfect and stick well - even after being in the washing machine!

I live and die in my trainer. Converse, Adidas, Vans, whatever. You will very rarely find me in anything else. Most of my trainers are in decent condition and could definitely last me a lot longer if it weren't for one discomfort. The fabric on the inside back of the shoe has worn away. In comes these little beauties. This back gives you three different colour options of patch. All you have to do is peel of the backing (this was a little fiddly but not impossible) and stick on top of the damaged bit of the shoe. I did struggle at first to peel the backing off while making sure that the sticky side would still be on the patch and not the backing. However as with all stickers once you get going it's fine. Sticking it on the sure was pretty easy, and they're pretty big so easily covered the patched I need them to cover. Hey presto comfy trainers are back! It so nice to give my trainers a new lease of life. When I'm wearing the shoes you wouldn't be any the wiser. Great value for money as I have a couple left that I will be able to use again int he future, and I'd definitely reccoment for an easy fix to some worn shoes

I had a trainer developing a hole in its heal fabric . These have lasted much longer than padded suede heal grips . Better coverage and lasts longer value for money .Was using suede heal strip every week had these for over a month and only just replaced this week.

Currently retailing at £3.59 these were a useful temporary fix on the inside of my boots, where the material had split away and become rough.They are easiy to use but the shape was a bit awkward to put inside a boot, I imagine shoes would be easier. Been stuck on the inside for two weeks and only just started to separate - would have preferred all the same colour but not really an issue.
