Perfect to use to continue physical therapy at home.
I recently had a fall that required physical therapy. They used a ball like this for some exercises. I purchased this ball because it is the size I need. It works great. It’s easy to inflate and all that you need is included. It is made well. The price was great. I’ve been able to do the exercises to keep my recovery from going. I recommend this ball and I would purchase it again.

Cute and useful but VERY hard to blow up to full size.
I would like this ball more if it were easier to blow up. There is no way that I could get this blown up to 9”. I was lucky to get it close to 8”.My husband tried as well - not an easy task.Love the choice of colors!

Air release valve
This day and age I'm surprised everything that has to retain air doesn't have a one way valve. This ball is annoying because it cannot keep air unless you are continually blowing into it; I don't know anyone who's fast enough to keep blowing air in and put the plug in before all the air escapes. The material feels fine, but I can't get it inflated to the level I want it at due to the air release valve. I can't return it as I have my spit all up in it now. Oh well.
