Pleasantly Surprised.
Beautiful screen ,best I've ever seen. The colors on the keyboard was something I thought could go without but once I saw it for the first time I was blown away. This thing ran everything I could throw at it Metal gear solid 5 phantom pain, Skyrim with some intense graphics mods, Total war shogun 2, Fallout new vegas again with some GPU intensive graphics mods, Batman Arkham Knight. Everything ran just fine maxed out. Aside from that this has a desktop cpu that can be upgraded whenever your budget allows it which is why I decided to pick it up over the New Dell laptops with a gtx 1060 max q that's around a similar price. Mind you a Max q is slightly weaker than a regular gtx 1060 graphics card. With this Laptop however you'll get a a Full Desktop CPU and GPU along with a regular full power 1060. Now for the negatives, This things fans are loud when you game. The Thermals were very much under control the hottest it ever got was 77 degrees celsius and this was after 5 hours of gaming. When I wasn't gaming however I felt no heat and could not hear the fans. I contacted Eluktronics and they said they can upgrade the thermal paste for only 35 dollars but I'd have to pay for shipping. Second thing I didn't like was the specs I decided to get was the 899 dollar with a 120 gigs ssd of space, fitting games in there was a bit of a pain but I wanted the operating system to run smoothly. I'll have to upgrade the memory soon. There is a 1 terabyte hdd for the same price but Everything will run slower. Anyways to sum it up I'm Very happy with this product and I'll update this review once I get the thermal paste upgraded by Electronics. Even if it doesn't fix the issue It's not a deal breaker for me. This thing is a powerhouse and it can become even more powerful later on, Not many laptops have Full Desktop components which are more powerful.
