Back Brace for Plus Size Women and Men Lower Back Support Belt, Cooling Technology Orthopedic Back Belt for Lower Back Pain Relief (X-Large/XX-Large)

36 year old male, chronic low back pain, gradually worsening over years. Got to the point where I had to start trying things for relief, this is one of the first things I tried. I was quite surprised at the level of pain relief it gave me. Of course it didn't eliminate problems or the pain completely (anyone with back problems knows that's just not in your fate, unfortunately), but the reduction in pain from daily tasks/movement was notable. Sitting/standing, turning, bending all less painful and much safer, as if I were much less likely to tweak any muscles or hurt myself in doing them. It is also pretty comfortable to wear, and not noticeable on your form if you wear a t-shirt or clothes that are not hugging your torso tightly. If you exercise or go out in 80+ degree weather with this on, it will get sweaty, of course. I find it's the most useful when sitting - it reduces strain and helps correct posture without conscious effort, both helping relieve pain. Recommended if you have nagging lower back pain. A lot more cost effective than a chiropractor, at least try as a first step.

I have purchased every back belt known to man over the years, but I thought I'd try this one because it looked "just right," right in between my heavy weight lifting belt and a very thin belt I wear around the house. With luck on my side, it arrived in the mail only ONE HOUR before I had to do a singing performance this afternoon, the perfect time to give it a test. I put it on and wore it during the entire 3-hour show, and I never felt better wearing any belt in my ENTIRE LIFE like this one, seriously!! I provided great support, while being thin enough to not show under my dress shirt. This will be my "go to" back belt, from now on.

This is the first brace I have purchased that fits well . I am 5'6" 114 # and other braces wrap so far around and are bulky. This brace comes in a small enough size to fit well. I was dubious about the pads but they are comfortable and seem to offer a bit more support in the right places. They only reason this is not a 5 star review is that despite the cool max, this brace is still hot. Not as bad as some others and I do think to get adequate support without obnoxious stays that poke into your ribs (found in some braces with lighter weight and cooler material this is best you can do. I definitely recommend this brace

I have scoliosis and sciatica (due to giving birth) and have thrown out my back a few times. Since the last time, I purchased this back brace. It is probably the most comfortable one I have ever worn, I have even been sleeping in it. The problem is the velcro gives out after about three to four months, making it useless. I even bought a velcro cleaner, think that that was the issue. It is not. It is the soft part of the velcro that literally "stops" adhering to the harder bit. So now I am on the hunt for another brace that does not have velcro. I simply can't keep buying these every few months.

I was skeptical that as in other products l tried or would not fit. But I was so pleased that this product not only fit but it helped my back pain while I was working in my garden

Im 4"11 and 125 lbs hurt my lower back from snow sledding and i order Medium size my waist size is 28 ish and fits right.

This product is well made but unfortunately the size I ordered did not fit. I am trying to return it but what I got was a UPS code to be taken to While Foods for processings. Well I live in a small town that store is not available to me. I would have to travel 45 minutes and at my age it is not feasible. I order a lot from Amazon and if this is how they are going to handle return I will think twice about ordering from them. I will say I rarely return anything but this process cause a problem for me.

This is a very nice back brace. Gives great support, and it feels good while waring it.

Finally a back brace that fits me. Perfect fit & not to bulky. It definitely has a chemical smell that doesn’t go away when washed, hoping it fades in time.

Nicely made & good material. Too wide for a short person, had to return.

Cette ceinture est inconfortable à porter si vous avez une surpoids abdominale. On a l'impression que la pression fait en sorte de faire monter les intestins jusqu'à son estomac. Par contre elle est de très bonne qualité.
