Quality Fruit and Vegetable Supplement
I think this is a very good quality fruit and vegetable supplement. I had several other similar supplement's one in particular is very spendy. Organic. I decided to look for similar and less costly. I landed on these. I’m glad I did as I saved 20.00 for the 2 bottles of the supplements. It has hardly been a month, so I can’t say much more. I am happy for a quality supplement at a decent price.

Fruit & Veg power
I was thinking on what I eat daily, and realized I wasn't getting enough fruits or veggies. I'd buy oranges frequently or get some frozen vegetables but it wasn't anything substantial that could really impact my health.I saw this fruit and vegetable supplement and thought it could be a good step in adding more fruits and uncommon vegetables to my diet. I looked at the ingredients and saw many high ORAC value fruits and vegetables. I really like that they are organic and that made me feel great, knowing that I wasn't getting pesticides or something along with supplementation. I opened the pill, because I like to taste what I'm taking, at least the first time. The fruits were flavorful and not tasteless at all. I opened the veggies and could taste the ginger and various components, which made me confident it was good ingredients. If you need some supplementation I think this would be something good to check out. I do feel some sense of calm and I'm sure the extra ingredients are helping my body fight just living daily.

I've. been taking this stuff with every meal for months. Felt I would, hopefully, help giving myself a more balanced meal with veggies and fruits. Does it do the job. Well I can't complain. But I really can't say one way or the other.

New packaging, same great product! Love these little capsules, if you don't get enough vitamins through your diet, do it naturally with these. Your body actually absorbs these, unlike traditional vitamins that you see go down the toilet with that first "evacuation" of the day. Recommend 100%
