The door is nice and heavy; however, a few of the cross boards were not plush for a seamless appearance, it's also really noisy when closing. The glass rattles when it closes. It was also missing the white plugs that you cover the screw holes with.

I bought 4 doors. The door looks good; but it does not fit the door frame correctly. The ad states white; but it's an off white & almost a grey tint. Luckily it went with the color scheme in my house. My contractor had to saw it in some places to make it properly fit door frame. The seams along the frame fit the wall are not perfect; but close. The glass is a different color on one side than the other. The positive is the door does not look cheap, it's sturdy & solid. Also there are pre-holes on the side that you have to chaulk in and/or place those ugly round stickers on & reason for 4 stars.

Handle the glass panels VERY CAREFULLY. They are not packed with any padding between the panels. Thin glass panels. If a panel is broken in the shipping or while assembling the door, you would have to return the entire package as opposed to getting replacement parts.

The doors are beautiful just as described and very sturdy. We did have to send them back because our project changed so we did not need the doors anymore. Customer Service was amazing! 100% recommend buying from this company!
