For the price I paid I think it will work. It’s cute and I love the look. It adds charm to our backyard. We have a cinder block base for it and have made some modifications because it will be used as a chicken coop. My only concern is the wood is very cheap. I’ve had to repair the floor already and I’ve painted the whole thing from top to bottom to hopefully prevent any water damage. Also I’ve noticed the price has increased quite a bit since I purchased it. If I had to do it again I’d probably go buy the stuff to build from scratch since the materials are so cheap.

This play house is cute and every worth the price when i bought it at 230. However after watching the price steadly rise I would say it is very thin flimsy wood. You will only be able to put it together once and not take it apart. The screws wont hold a second time. I'm using it as a duck coop so it will be fine but again it is very thin and light so I will need to modify it to make it heavier for the wind we have here. So for more than 230 I think you would be better off making your own with better quality wood.- as a playhouse the door is shorter than my 8 yr old so I would say this is for 6 yrs and under.-directions were well put together. And super easy to follow with everything mostly labeled. Some of the stickers came off mine but I figured it out.-for a duck coop i needed to add weight, a latch for the door (will not stay closed without one) and replace window plastic with hardware cloth. I also added hinges to roof to allow me to prop it open if need be and added height so it doesnt sit flat on the ground where if it rained it would flood it.-I gave it 3 stars for instructions and easy to put together. Because I don't anticipating this lasting more than few years i felt 3 was the best I could give.

It’s advertised as an outdoor play set all the wood has warped forcing the smallStapes that hold it in place to pull out. For the price the product is poor quality. It has been out side on paver stones for 26 days and already seeing weathering damage. Not good for humid or even rain. Wouldn’t recommend this. Product

Not as big as I thought or as tall. But it will fit my daughter for a year or two of play.

What a complete POS!!! The wood is the thinnest pine I've ever seen!!! It definitely will not hold a toddler without breaking!!!

This was easy to assemble, we did it with one adult & one teenager in around 1 hour( we weren’t rushing) I painted it with shed paint and covered the roof with a clear plastic sheet as its a home for my rabbit and i wanted it 100% waterproof, i did not purchase the floor as its on paving flags and feel it will be easier to clean without. It feels solid, I added a bolt as there is no lock provided to make it Secure. Love the perspex windows and it looks great in my garden. Its a good size home for my rabbit but you could easily fit a few little children inside to play instead, i would recommend and feel sturdy and its good value for money.

Very easy to put up took my time making sure it’s right did it in hour am half with floor, tricky triangle piece for roof as unclear instructions. Wood is very thin and split easy when putting the roof on but will be putting felt on anyways. Wouldn’t bother with a floor as it’s got gaps in and wouldn’t say it’s worth the extra money. Holes was too big for the top roof cover but had a bigger screw in my shed that fitted perfect . But still good value for money for what I wanted it for

We got this for a last minute bunny rescue we took in and couldn't be happier she's a mini lop so we done some bunny additions for her safety but much better option than a cage were in the process of adding an extension for her to get access to the fresh grass but she absolutely loves it and can sit and look out the window easy to assemble and good quality we added roof felt as it's an outdoor set up definitely recommend for bunnys instead of cages much more fun and so easy to make the perfect bunny house

Before buying this playhouse I looked at all the reviews as I always do with large purchashes. The reviews were mixed (As always) with quite a few negatives.However I decided it was worth taking a chance on it given what the company were saying in its favour. I had no need to worry, it was everything the company said it was, very easy to put together with all fixings supplied (Even extra screws just in case) Very sturdy and it actually looks fantastic and would enhance any garden space. If you are looking for one then buy this, you will not be disappointed. The whole thing playhouse, felt, and adhesive arrived two days earliar than promised, A superb company Thank you
