Great for hot , hot drinks in the car!!
I got this for my husband bc his other ones kept breaking . This cup gets so hot! You can start a room temp and it will still get hot! It does not turn off, so be careful when you test taste your drink! It gets really hot. It would be great if there was a temperature gauge or turn off at a certain temperature. You have to unplug it to turn it off, but know your coffee will be hot!

Too many things wrong with cup and charger
The cup kept my coffee hot, too hot actually, I had to unplug only after 10 or so minutes and the outside of the cup was too hot to touch. My other issue is, I had to assemble the male end of the charger. Then the first time I pulled (not yanked) the charger out of the cigarette lighter to let my drink cool down a bit, the pieces sprang out all over the front seat and floor (they were not loose when I had assembled it). I've never had any kind of car charger that I had to assemble myself. I also noticed that it gave off a strong electric fire smell as it was heating up.If the cup and charger is so cheaply made that one, you must assemble part of it yourself, two, it smells like an electric fire is about to happen in your car and three, part of the charger falls apart immediately after using, then it most likely will happen again to any replacement I may get so it wasn't worth exchanging. The 1 star is for being leak proof and easy to clean.

Don’t listen to bad reviews
Great lil heater. I use my bluetti or goal zero w it and everything works fine. Let it heat for 10-15 minutes and it gets nice and hot

Keeps it VERY HOT
I like the container, the option to choose for either hand, the opening to drink from. Yes, it is hot. VERY hot. I recommend disconnecting it once it reaches a comfortable drinking temperature. It fits very nicely into cup holder and connection is in the right place. I even accidentally immersed it into the dishpan. Water eventually leaked out during drying (stand up cup). I plugged it in and it works just fine. Very good product but temperature is selective only by testing it.I would buy it for a friend.

This cup will soon fail
These heated mugs work great until they don’t. I have had several of them and it’s always the same thing — the support holding the electrical contact pin comes loose and gets pushed into the handle and it no workee anymore. Probably the electrical pin assembly is held in place with a dab of glue that eventually fails with heat. Failure occurs between the first time that you insert the plug to maybe a few dozen plug insertions, max. Too bad that the design is faulty, as this issue would have been very easy to fix during the design phase. But it is a fatal flaw now, so the cup ends up in a landfill.

Will not boil water
Heats up very fast. Fragile heating elements so do not bump it when using it plugged in. Do not immerse nor use anything caustic to clean. Unit is stainless steel so a good rinse cleans it well.

Decent cup
Decent cup I’ve been happy with it for the money, The plug could be made a little better it seems to get really hot and mine melted a little bit, sometimes I have to wiggle it to make sure it’s connected, what it is it works fine.
