It’s rare that I write product reviews, but it felt warranted in this case. These inserts have been wonderful. I’ve used orthotic inserts in the past, but after a recent meniscus surgery, I needed some thing with a little more shock absorption. It was hard to choose one that didn’t seem like total garbage or way overpriced, but apparently this is exactly the right balance. They are extremely comfortable, easy to trim to fit into my sneakers. And I didn’t have any issues with the arch support being too high. In my view, it’s middle of the road and just right. I won’t be surprised if I buy another pair so I don’t have to keep swapping them between shoes.

A lot of cushion and support

These are the best non-custom insoles I have ever tried. They give me great support.

I'm used to a little more responsive cushioning up front and these do not have it. They are very thin in the front but in the back they are comfortable. Arch support is good for people with low arches.

These are great in my work boots. Just what I needed for boots I wear for 12 or more hours every day!

I have ran in these insoles 4 times since I received them (2x5 mi and 2x6 mi). So far they are good, I feel like the steps are absorbed. I gave it a 4 because they are a bit hard, but they have helped my shin splints (together with icing after my runs, before and after stretches and toe taps), the insoles alone won't take them away but they have surely helped. They are good for the price, they fit well in my shoes after cutting to size (7.5 women), and they are pretty thick which helps the strike absorption.

the athletic insoles were too thick for my feet to fit properly in my cleats. the heels were raised so much, my foot came out of them every time i made a sprint.i will say they felt great initially, but i was not able to perform the tasks i needed to and had to come out of the game to put the original inserts.

Bought two sets of these on a recommendation from a friend. One for my walking athletic shoes, and one for my sports (Pickleball) shoes. I was concerned that the support these inserts provide would mean that they would have to be extra thick and thus cause pressure points and eventually blisters. But this is not the case. These inserts provide great support, but yet they are low-profile enough to provide a very comfortable fit. I feel stable and secure and so far, after three weeks, I am very pleased indeed. I hope they hold up in terms of durability.... I have no doubts as they appear to be very well made and well packaged (sign of a quality product in my opinion). Initial impressions are excellent! I would recommend them for sure. If these breakdown earlier than I expect then I will update this review.

Comfortable

Comfortable, I gave it a 4 star cuz they didn’t go the whole distance. My feet felt achy after 10-12 kms

Normally my feet ache/burn something shocking after wearing my shoes for a few hours.. but with these it's gone! They're very comfy in my runners when I go on the treadmill or long walks.

I use these in my work shoes. I am in a busy medical clinic and the days are 7 - 8 hours of go time. These insoles have a good arch support and nice heel and forefoot cushion. Definitely will buy these again.
