I never write reviews but I think this product deserves it. I always look at reviews to help me buy things. This product works great. I had a scratch on my wood stairs and used it to fix it. It is easy to use and the color I used "golden oak" perfectly matched my oak wood. Then I also used it on an old table that I love that had been scratched. I was amazed at the improvement. Some other review said that the color they picked was too orange. I think it is important that you select the color appropriately. I have the feeling that it is preferable not to go too dark. I will order more of these to have around.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Will hide just about any scratch...First determine what shade your wood is. Don't know? Go to Low... or Home Dep.. and get a free wood stain brochure. Then order that color of touch up stain pen. You'll also need a Qtip and paper towel, and wood glue if you are glueing back in a wood chip. These touch up pens work better than the Minwax crayon touch up pens. This can also be used after a chip of wood comes out of a cabinet.

The second pen works fine and I’m satisfied with this purchase. Lots of scratches on my wood due to a large, active Labrador retriever. Works well hiding the scratches.

I got the maple marker for this changing table... it’s great! Quality stain & you can control how dark or light by wiping right after applying or leaving the darker tone (that’s what the directions said to do) and it worked!

Used this product on several scratches on my hard wood floors and it has great coverage.

Was worried about review that said it was too orange, but took a chance for touching up some maple cabinets. It is very orange going on, but after you wipe the excess it seems fine. Does a nice job. Sure beats the bright white cat scratches left by prior owner's zealous cat bathing!

Used on door and endtable scratches ... blends beautifully, nice color match, and easy to use. Highly recommend this product.

Did a great job of covering up scratches and scuffs. Made the furniture look almost new.
