I could not help myself after using this product, I had to sit down and write a review. I was beyond impressed with the results. I bought a boat that had been stored in a dry storage building for approximately two years without a good cleaning. The interior was in good shape but it was very dirty. There was mildew on every cushion and discoloration over the entire interior. The exterior was filthy as well with very slight discoloration at the water line on the Hull and water spots all over. I washed the boat with soap and then began using Boat Juice. I honestly had to stop and stare a few times due to this product very literally changing the entire look of my boat. I used the spray exactly as directed on the exterior first, it was amazing, any and all discoloration and water spots were gone and there now was a nice sheen the the boat. The interior spray was even more impressive. I liberally applied the product over the entire interior and used the cloth that comes in the package. It very effectively got rid of any and all mildew, dirt, discoloration with ease. I was also very pleased with the scent it leaves, not overpowering at all, just a subtle, very crisp smell. I cleaned a 21 foot Glastron bow to stern from filthy to shining and still have plenty left over for another cleaning. I could not be happier with this product.

This could easily be a five-star product based on performance alone. I absolutely love using it on my boat after every trip to the lake—it's effective and does exactly what it promises.However, I'm giving it three stars because of a poor customer service experience. I purchased a second complete kit and discovered both bottle nozzles were missing. I reached out to customer service, provided my invoice and photos of the missing items. Melissa from the "Boat Juice Team" told me that since I purchased through Amazon, I would need to take the issue up with them.Honestly, that's disappointing. I get that companies often want issues handled through the original sales platform, but in this case, all they needed to do was send two 50-cent nozzles. That small gesture would have gone a long way in making a new customer feel valued.As a business owner myself, I know sometimes you have to go the extra mile—even if it means eating a minor cost—to keep a customer happy and coming back.So yes, the product is fantastic. But be warned: if you run into any issues and need help, don’t expect great customer service from Boat Juice.**UPDATE (Five Days Later)**After careful consideration and numerous emails exchanged with Boat Juice customer service, the company has apologized and significantly improved the situation. They conducted a thorough review of the minor incident and confirmed with me that they made an erroneous decision. Furthermore, management assured me that such minor setbacks will not recur in the future.To be honest, I am thoroughly impressed with Boat Juice’s products. My pontoon boat is impeccably clean and shiny after a long day on the lake. The company’s decision to rectify its mistake has made me a loyal customer. As we often say in the Navy, “BRAVO ZULU Boat Juice.”

I purchased the combo pack and have used the Boat Juice Interior and Exterior.First I'll cover the Interior. My boat cushions weren't in bad condition since I had my boat re upholstered 12 years ago and I keep it clean and covered. I have had the traditional build up of dirt in the pores of the vinyl that were hard to clean. I had my kids out helping and they commented, All I have to do is spray and it cleans all by itself. I'm simply amazed at how it cleadisappointed. Even removed some stubborn stains on my sun deck that I've been trying to clean for years, 15 minutes later and it almost good as new!!Boat Juice Exterior. Here in Utah we have some really hard water, it was always a scramble to clean off the baot when it was pulled from the water, on a hot 100 degree day the water drys faster than you can wipe it off and leaves really bad water spots. With the boat juice exterior a simple spray and wipe and it completely takes off the water spots and leaves a nice shine. Minimal effort required. Worked wonderfully on the fiberglass and the my polished aluminum tower bars.Frankly, I'm sold on these 2 products and will continue to use them for years to come. It was a great find and If you haven't tried Boat Juice, give it a shot. You wont be dissapointed.Both products have a pleasant smell to boot.
