When you have a cat with ckd, it can be very hard to find any food or treats that are safe for them to eat and get excited about. I'm guess that to them, they are kind of bland. But this treat, omg...he goes crazy for and it makes me so happy to see his little face light up when he sees it. The ingredients are simple and it's great that they also help support the kidneys. He hasn't experienced any stomach upset or diarrhea after eating them, which is a plus. The price seems reasonable and well worth the money. I'm glad to know that there is at least one ckd product out there my cat really enjoys and is safe for him to have.

My dogs are absolutely head over heels for Choolip treats—completely obsessed! I’ve never seen them react to a supplement like this. They go insane the moment I pick up a tube and will literally harass me until they’ve licked every last drop. Even my cat joins in!I do wish there were more variety—especially options that include multivitamins, probiotics, or other health-specific supplements—because I’d love to make this a more complete part of their wellness routine. I’m currently waiting to see how effective the supplements are, and I’m hopeful that I’ll notice improvements in their health soon. So far, though, the taste and texture are a huge win in our household!

First, anyone who has a pet dealing with kidney issues I feel for you, and wish you the best. it's not easy. My cat will turn 16 this year and was recently put on a prescription kidney diet. He's not crazy about the food, I noticed he's lost a bit of weight since he's been on this diet, so I need to supplement him with something kidney friendly that will help keep him from losing too much weight. I researched and found these treats. My cat absolutely loves them. I mix them in with his food. I will continue ordering them as long as he eats them, which I hope will be for a very long time.They are strong smelling, but like my vet said, "The stinkier the better."

In what is a very painful time for his owner (knowing my time with him is shorter than it should be) my kitty boy loves these. Which is saving my sanity, since the other incredibly expensive KD health food is not to his taste.In a time when I'm desperate for him to eat to anything to extend his time here, for now I can count on him loving these. Update: seller contacted me and offered a refund. I can’t thank them enough. Updating my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.As the title says, my cat loved this. Absolutely gobbled down one tube full (plus a little extra water mixed in) one evening. Unfortunately the next morning I was left with an incredibly sick cat. He ended up with the worst diarrhea and couldn’t even keep water down. He also had zero interest in any food I offered him and remained groggy and curled up all day.Luckily, by the second day, his appetite returned a bit and he was able to keep water down. By the third day things had returned to normal.I’m not writing this review to say that this will certainly happen to your dog or cat. I just recommend going very slow with the amount you give them and seeing their reaction. (I was in the wrong to have not done so first) glad I only bought the small amount! Giving this 2 stars because he liked the taste.

I’m not sure about the joint effects yet, but my cat loved this ! He was recently diagnosed with a spinal/pelvic defect, so i’m trying to help ease his pain & wanted to try something natural. This treat smells good & fresh, creamy texture.

I have a 15 year old, 3.5 lb Yorkie what recently started having kidney issues (vomiting, won't eat, little drinking). These have been a life saver in getting our little sick boy to eating his food again. At his weight, he can not afford to miss too many meals. Also was a great healthy treat/filler while we were traveling long distance with him.

Using treats to blend with medicine and found this to potentially level up the treat quality my cat is getting twice a day. My cat is medium picky and responded very favorably to each of these. For the 2x day treat program I’m running vs the cost per unit it’s not sustainable for my immediate needs but I have flagged this as a product to buy again. I want to ask my vet about the claims, especially with occasional use.
