Taylor 3509 TruTemp Series Refrigerator / Freezer Analog Tube Thermometer with Safety Zones

I found this thermometer to be a little small and somewhat difficult to read. It may just be that I am an older person and my eyesight isn't it use to be. I didn't use the provided suction cup since I was using it in a wire basket freezer drawer, so I didn't really have any place to attach it to.

This is a very compact thermometer. I checked the accuracy against my digit thermometers and it was within a degree. It is quite small and can be more challenging to read than a larger thermometer. For my purpose it does the job well.

Don’t buy! Worst product ever!

so i bought this for a mini fridge and for 2$ i was like sure the suction cup is horrible btw it doesnt hold which is fine i didnt need it the clip part that hangs onto the suction cups fits the rack in my fridge. the readabilty part is decent the numbers are kinda small and it frosts easy. but again your paying 2/3$ for it so if you want a fancier one to read then get a different one but for a cheap one it works pretty well

This thing is wonderful! For a few years now my son and I would battle over the fridge temp. He kept setting it too low and freezing things like veggies, milk, juice, pickles. So, I invested in this temp gauge. FINALLY the boy is leaving the thermostat alone and my veggies and such is no longer frozen. It is wonderful and is saving me lots of cash cause I'm not having to trash things.

Worked fine for several months, but it starting to read abnormally low. On closer inspection I found that the red liquid has split in half with a big air gap in the middle. This thermometer is now useless. Not the quality I'd expect from Taylor.

Wanted a small non battery thermometer. So far this is perfect for my needs. Easy to read and is accurate.
