5TB Hard Drive worked well for about two months and then it stopped working; the Hard Drive is no longer recognized by my computer or several others I have tried. I have tried all trouble shooting suggestions and those have not worked. There is no easy way to contact the company and ask for customer support - a simple search on the internet provides nothing that is useful. I contacted Amazon for help in contacting the company and was provided a link that brought me back to the Amazon page. I am not very hopeful that I will be able to retrieve what I have stored on the Hard Drive. I will need to purchase another hard drive, but will not be purchasing from this company. Glad that others found the product to be to their liking, but I am very disappointed. As an update, through Amazon, I was able to interact with the company and they will be replacing my hard drive - hopefully, that one will work better (and longer).

This isn't a brand I'm familiar with, so I was slightly hesitant about ordering it. I'm glad I did. This has worked exactly like I needed it to. I play around with gaming textures and image designing as a hobby so I use a lot of disc space. This allowed me to free up both my internal storage and my cloud storage.I'm planning to order a second unit soon for family files, such as photos and any documents that I need a digital copy.So far I have no cons with the product. It is small, portable, comes with a plastic case inside the box that I have been using so that I can protect it from dust when it's not in use.

I bought two so I could mirror my backups with them. The transfer speed was awesome 3.0 USB goodness!Everything worked smoothly on my Mac. It does come with USB A to USB C adapter. Turn I didn’t test the speed of the adapter to see if it was USB 3.0. I instead plugged the USB A into a USB 3.0 hub.

Habe die Platte letzte Woche erhalten. Sie ist klein, handlich ,schnell und vor allem sehr leise. Macht ihre Aufgaben korrekt und Problemlos alles was man zum Speichern seine Daten braucht.
