Easy to swallow
I feel my body will more accurately absorb and utilize the ingredients in these capsules better than gummies. The capsules are easy to swallow. I’m always getting long capsules caught in my throat and end up vomiting not just the capsule, but all the pills I just took. Not one of these capsules has gotten caught. I’d still prefer an even smaller size, but these are great. I do not notice a taste or smell.
