I had been searching for a new memory foam pillow for a long time. Everything I saw in stores was really thick. I bought a few and tried them. As expected, they were too hot and too thick. This pillow is perfect! It’s small but supportive, it’s cool and comfortable. I don’t get too hot sleeping with this pillow like I did several others. I definitely would recommend this pillow to anyone!

I really like this pillow. It's a smart design in that the center of the pillow has a cradle for your head for comfortable back sleeping, and it has more thickness on the sides for comfortable side sleeping. It's a small detail that makes a huge difference. I originally had a shredded foam pillow, but I didn't like it so much because the shredded foam would move as I slept on it for a few days...it never stayed comfortable. Having a contoured, solid foam pillow is a game changer. The one thing I might change is to add a slight bit more firmness to support my large head while back sleeping. But, side sleeping is spectacular. And, my neck pain from the shredded foam pillow is gone. The price is right, and the comfort is there. This is a great buy.

I have purchased many pillows in an attempt to find one that provides comfort, cervical and shoulder support as I am a back and side sleeper.I've used this pillow for over a week now. There was a small transition period before really settling into the pillow but I am finally waking up head and neck ache free!I appreciate the cooling effect this pillow provides as I am in menopause and frequently hot. This pillow is soft yet firm.

I bought one as a gift and ended up getting another! It’s so versatile and cooling and soft!

Update: it's been 12 days since i got the pillow, and the smell is still bad. Even my 12 year old commented on how he couldn't be in my bed due to the "gross smell". 12 days of airing out and not better!I'm returning due to the smell. I did my best to air out the pillow for the first 3 days. Took cover off, and placed it in front of a box fan that was in front of an opened window, and flipped every 2 hours. Did this for 3 days to off-gas. Also threw in my dryer for one hour on air-dry to try to speed it up....🙊🙊🙊 Smell is still so bad, that when I tried to sleep on it on day 3, the smell stuck to my clothes and I smelled like a rotten wet towel that sat in a basement too long- and this lasted for hours after waking up. The pillow IS very comfortable, but the smell affects my sleep, and stinks up our bedroom. Worth it if you can ignore the smell! But alas, I cannot.P.S. does NOT cause my VOC monitor to go up. So at least it's not showing up as a cancer causing chemical off-gas. Formaldehyde also stayed relatively low when I placed the VOC monitor in front of the pillow when in front of the fan. Only took away 2 stars for the smell. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

So why am I rating 5 stars to a product I’m returning? Well the pillow mold is perfect for your neck, it’s snugs your neck and head in place so comfortable. As a back sleeper, I was in pillow heaven. I thought this has got to be the best pillow ever made, and I still do believe this. However, the set up I have with my bed (thick memory foam topper) doesn’t work well with the height of this pillow for my body shape. Because I snug into my mattress topper so much my neck is elevated with this pillow and caused neck pain. I even thought of switching the topper to a thinner one just to keep this pillow haha.To the manufacturers, please create a thinner version! This pillow mold is absolutely amazing 👏Although too high for my mattress set up, I definitely recommend this pillow for back sleepers, it holds your head in place so neatly. However keep in mind if you have a thick foam mattress topper and sink deep into, that a this pillow may cause misalignment and discomfort.

I love memory foam, our memory foam bed is perfect for me and my husband, he moves a lot but he's a light sleeper so if I move, he wakes up so having a foam bed helps both of us not waking each other up in the middle of the night. This is very similar, where you lay is where it only sinks, it also helps with your shoulder pain, it remains cool and goes back to how it was before after using it. I love that it feels like there's a reset to this pillow. It is however hard for my husband to use it since he sleeps with his stomach, he loves to cuddle or smoosh his pillow(It's a tough pillow for him). It's still a 5 stars for me since it's great for people like me who always have a neck and shoulder pain.

The pillow is nice and firm and pretty big. There is a slight scent to it when you press the pillow down but it is not a big deal. For the price and value it is a good pillow.
