I used the medium size but felt it was not holding the aid in my ear. Switched up to the large size and it has made a big difference!

The Phonak Open Smokey Dome Medium (0.31 inch=8mm) 10 Domes, Genuine OEM Switzerland Replacement are excellent and comfortable. This is the first time I’ve ever used these domes and I was pleasantly surprised! Great value for the money and they are functionally perfect. They seem durable but I’ll have to use them for a few weeks to have a better idea.
