Excellent cheap acoustic electric bass with extras.
I'm a musician, and had a trip to Texas and was flying and bringing other instruments on the plane, and wanted a bass there. This bass and amp was perfect, decent set up, everything straight, and played and sounded great. I have a similar acoustic/electric made by Fender, and could easily interchange these two basses (I also have a bunch of other basses, American Pbass, standup, etc. so I'm coming at it from a professional level. I left the bass in Texas as I didn't need it. But, I'd buy another one in a second if I needed a similar bass. The amp was just a little 6" speaker guitar amp, so don't turn it up loud. But, for an acoustic jam in a living room, was just fine, if a little on the treble side. It also came with a tuner, extra strings, strap, and thin vinyl gig bag. Pretty nice for how cheap it was.

Great For Learning
I'm no expert instrument snob but this was worth the money. I wanted a bass I could learn on without needing to plug in an amp 24'7. I was skeptical because I normally don't spend $100+ on myself, but all the skepticism faded when I saw how nice this bass was made. Came in a nice protective box, everything was packed neatly and after tuning the strings and noodling around a bit I was ultimately happy with my purchase. The amp is nice and small and works, you'll need a battery for the guitars internal tuning device. The acoustic bass sounds good and it even has a built in equalizer for when you plug it into the amp.The tuner that they provide is okay, but it didn't seem like it picked up any sound/vibrationsI didn't see any noticeable defects with the instrument or other goodies it came with aside from the small tuner. plus the bass doesn't seem to hold the tune for long so you might find yourself twisting the knobs every 30 mins ~ hour or so. I'll take that though for what I paid.

Bassic product
Pricewise very appropriate. Decent construction. I had to replace the tuning machine on the "A" string. It was binding and could not turn it. The neck needed adjusting, it was warped. The carry bag and wire are garbage.

Doesn't stay in tune, novelty item for a child

Very easy to play, with a nice sound.
I am new to the bass. I have an electric but keep it upstairs. I thought an acoustic bass would be quieter and great for practice. I was right. I love this acoustic bass. I think the sound is beautiful, and the strings oh so gently on the fingers.

Cheapo
Not well built, has a constant buzz and the first fret doesn't make any pitch.
