I bought this chair as part of my guest bedroom refresh in order to provide additional seating. Since it's a room that doesn't get used often, I knew I could get away with a chair that wasn't super expensive or luxury quality. This chair works perfectly for that purpose. It was easy to assemble, taking my husband and I about an hour to do so. After assembly, we both took a seat in the chair to rate it for comfort. The seat is roomy and comfortable, with stiff arms on each side for raising or lowering yourself. The seat itself is a removable cushion with a zippered cover, which means it can be removed for washing. This is a plus, but the cushion itself could have been a little more plush/firm. The chair feels sturdy and is rated for up to 350 lbs., more than enough for my visitors. Overall, I expect this chair to last for many years since it won't see a ton of use in a guest bedroom, and the price was fantastic. If you are using this chair in a high traffic area and expect it to get a lot of use, I would probably seek a higher quality solution.

I love this chair! It’s perfect in my living room!

I spent hours trying to find the perfect chairs, and after reading reviews after reviews, I decided to give these chairs a try. I ordered a set, and it came in 2 boxes. I opened 1 box and followed the instructions closely as stated and assembled the chair. If the instructions were incorrect; that'd be at the seller's mistakes. After putting the chair together, I noticed that the back legs were at a weird angle, and if you sit on the chair, it felt like you were going to fall backwards. It didn't feel safe. I was disappointed. The other chair was never opened as I didn't want to waste my time.I reached out to seller for assistance on returning the items. I didn't experience the best customer service. It was another disappointment. I will be returning this set of chairs and we will have to wait and see if the seller will rightfully refund 100% of my money. I will update on that, too. You get what you pay for.. very disappointed in the quality .. thank god it’s for guest room only because it would not last long other wise

The chair is great quality! Color is spot on (to what is in the pic). There was an issue with one of the legs (arrived damaged), but I simply messaged the seller and they sent a new leg:)Wasn’t too hard to put together; it’s a one person job:) quick and easy!

I’ve never ordered significant furniture on Amazon so I was skeptical, but they turned out GREAT! The quality is really nice and no damaged/missing parts. They match my living room and my vision perfectly and are surprisingly supportive. The seat is firm, but that’s what I was looking for in a decorative, conversation corner. Simple directions and pretty easy to assemble, however, I strongly suggest using another tool with a possible screw driver-esque handle to screw in everything, especially the longer ones to attach the arms to the base. The simple tool they provide works fine, but there isn’t enough space to tighten w/out quarter screwing, removing, then replacing to continue tightening. Again, it will work but will take FOREVER LOL. I had this star shaped attachment (2nd photo) for a multi head screw driver that worked perfectly.
