Good product, bad shipping
Pros: Exactly what I needed to create some 16" diagonal braces for a hanging wine glass rack.Cons: Six foot, 1/8 inch rod arrived in a plastic sleeve with no reinforcing cardboard strips which resulted in the rod being bent into several, multidirectional bends -- some exceeding 30 degrees off center. I spent considerable time straightening the rod both before and after cutting the pieces, and they are now only adequate. Didn't re-order because I was at the phase of the project where I needed the rods in place to continue. Didn't consider a refund since I felt it was likely that the replacement would have the same issue anyway.

Perfect Replacement
Part came undamaged, straight, and was what was described. I only needed 3' of the length. Couldn't find it locally but found it on Amazon.
