Put 3 patches on one behind the knee an 2 around the knee. Since I have been having piano for months. After 2 hours with the patch on I could feel a difference. Not 100% yet..Will see how it goes at work. I do alot of walking.so it may not stay on all day.

I was skeptical so I only ordered 1 pack… first use, I had pain relief within 10 min. Bad knee pain for 8 mos causing limited mobility. With a few daily exercises and these pain relief patches I’m doing significantly better. I still have a bit to go to do stairs more comfortably. The backing is a bit of a nuisance to get off, but I have RA. If I crumple the corner it’s easier to grasp n peel. I was wearing them 24/7 but my skin became mildly irritated so I remove for bedtime, then reapply in the morning and have no issues. I have no issues w it staying in place all day long—just don’t use body lotion on the area you are applying it to. They initially have a menthol smell, but it goes away and no one can tell I’m wearing it under my pants. I’m really glad I got these! I’ll continue to order them until I don’t need them anymore.

So far - this product is working very well. I’m only on day two, but I have no complaints. I tried on one knee the first day and I was surprised so I put it on both today and so far I’m loving it. It stays in place as long as you don’t keep moving it or if you put it under something like leggings otherwise the corners might start to lift. Otherwise, good product.

did not work for me but seems like a nice idea. i just never felt any relief. tried the whole pack but no help

This subsides my knee pain over 24 hours. I ordered these more expensive than others but has capsaicin which is pepper. This pepper in nature used here is very warming and appealing. I wear it in the shower and with hot water the heat intensifies. I really love these patches. I have to pry them off. Shave area first. Place around kneecap area.

this product did not stay stuck to my skin for even 30 minutes and i was sitting DOWN with knee out straight. when i tried to return the product it would not let me (i guess because i used one). I'm extremely disappointed that i even tried it. totally waste of money. i've been having bad knee pain and was hoping this would help me. and the fact that they do NOT give money back and i only used 1 is horribe.

Unlike other patches, the fragrance is very nice. You can feel it working quickly.
