Overall a good product. Installation is very easy, brightness is quite high-low as per need and the usage of the app is also very hand.

As like as many people i also confused while connecting the light with Wifi. Failed many times and dicided to return. But at final came to know that on and off the product with regular intervals to activate pairing mode. While pairing mode tube light blinks atleast 10 times. But the main key point is many people tries on and off session 3 times only, but some products works with 5 and some with 7 times to on and off. So while connecting first try 3 , of not works go for 5 , at final it will Definitely works with 7. Thanks you

This review is updated after a bad experience. Sharing the lesson learnt. It worked like a charm with Alexa on the first day. Then, it stopped responding to voice commands. It was not showing up on the devices list in Alexa app. It worked fine on the Wipro app. to solve the problem i uninstalled alexa and wipro to restart everything but it didn't work. I tried to relink with alexa withing the wipro app. it didn't work. Then the following worked - 1.Open Alexa app 2. Go to skills 3. search wipro smart home 4. now disbale the skill 5. Go to the Wipro app and connect with alexa again. it will work.

Review by a product owner and UX designer. One of the worst smart bulbs. 1. It goes out of sync every few days and starts flashing to be synced. It would show offline in app. But when we try to add it it recognises the previously named bulb name. Despite several people reporting a solvable issue isn’t fixed by the company 2. Colors aren’t vibrant. This is something I expected for this price so it’s not a deal breaker 3. App experience is crappy. Centuries behind ecosystems like Philips hue. There is no reason app has to be this bad unless the product owners don’t care.
