Better then expected
I bought this while waiting to get a permanent one. It was a good price. It works good much better then expected the bubbles really work well. Will definitely hold me over till I get a permanent one that I want. I wish it had a more powerful heater I would like it to get about 5 degrees hotter.

Buyer Beware - Does not hold air or temp
I purchased this unit in Nov. 2023. As soon as I set it up, I had to add air every day. I did an air leak test (per the sellers request) to no avail. I live where it snows and the hot tub cannot maintain temps over 100 degrees if the outside temps are under about 32. I had a different portable hot tub last winter from another seller that help air and temps with no issue. I think the biggest problem is the poor top design. There is an air mattress essentially that sits on top of the water to hold the heat in but it does not do a good job. I am now stuck with this hot tub that won't hold air and isn't hot and I'm out over $500. Definitely do not recommend.

Heating the Water Takes Time!
The media could not be loaded. I get no HEAT unless I have the bubbles on. It shut itself off today and the temp immediately began to drop. I have not been warmer than 84°. I'm now on DAY 2 of heating the water. I've read in reviews that a customer ran the heat for 2 days to get it heated. I'm in the Las Vegas area @72° daytime, 59° nighttime, so Im NOT having cold outdoor temps at night. Going to continue attempting to heat up the water. On DAY 3, I hope to report that all is well! The video is showing my attempt to heat WITH the cover on to hold in the heat being generated. Hope that this works and helps!DAY 3 was successful! Left heater on all night w/o bubbles. This morning 98°! Dont give up! Keep it plugged in and running.

Not great
The hot tub had a hole in it right out of the box, the directions were severely lacking and the heater was on for 11 hrs and only heated the hot tub up 3 degrees. Definitely do not buy if you are in a cold weather area.

wished I had not bought this.
first one leaked, they told me to find the leak with soap and bubbles, sent it back the second one the insulator blanket leaked air, they will hopefully send me one at the end of the month, the seat cushions are floating buoys and do not stay in the straps on the bottom, I have used it once, at which time i noticed I have a water leak, so It looks like it needs water , cold water added every 3 days, its slippery like its coated in soap or slime and will probably go away in a few refills, its big enough but its just that it makes me nervous with this many problems. functionally, its decent for what it is, oh and you HAVE to be home to sign for it and fedex is a horrid shipper IMO, long story short on that

Customer Service had quick response!
So, I'd give this 5 stars except for 1 minor concern that I want others to be aware of incase they are like me... inflatable hot tubs are NOT suggested for under 40°F. It truly makes sense, but I didnt think if it and nothing I read on the Amazon page indicated it to me. If it did, it didn't catch my eye. So, heads up. I did end up putting insulation foam boards around my tub to help it stay warm a lot better.OK, so it took 3 days to heat up and I questioned the suction on the in take farther from the control panel, so I emailed customer service. Knowing there's quite a time difference, I was shocked to get a response less than 12 hours later! This is when I found out about the 40°F rule. They were very helpful and I responded a few days later to them, and again, a response less than 12 hours later. We were able to work out my issues and I truly appreciated their willingness to help me out.Overall, we are loving the tub! Once it got up to 104°, it has stayed between 101-104° while we're in it. The heater does continue to run while the bubbles are on, but it cools down, understandably so.
