When used consistently, this product is very potent and really wards off colds and sickness. I have proof as there are times that I tend to get run down, holiday times, and if I have been using this consistently for a good month beforehand, I can fly through the season. The year I ran out of it and didn’t replenish, well I got sick, lacked energy and all. But as I’ve read somewhere, the consistency is important.
