I really didnt know what to expect when ordering but was told by a person that it was good with the carnivore diet.I love it !! Although I didnt know how to put it on food, the salt was too big for my regular shaker. I had to get a tight sealed container to put it in rather than always opening and shutting the little bag it came in. No problem just reaching in and getting a pinch of salt now. Funny, after eating a burger for instance, I can still taste salt , usually for most of the day ! I am more of a salt lover rather than sweets . So this is ok with me.

By far one of my favorite items in my pantry. I add it to my distilled water, food and I take a few put them under my tongue first thing in the am. I also use when I fast.

Taste isn't overwhelming. We use it for cooking and adding to water. Def delivers all the benefits it claims. Highly recommend

Good product I like it

I wanted to find something that has more added benefit than iodized table salt, so I gave this a try. I put a little bit on my tongue to try it when I was filling my grinder, and compared to regular iodized salt, it's quite a bit saltier. I have a medium-sized grinder and a little under half of this bag filled it up, so I'm confident that this amount will get me for a while. Overall I am pleased with it!

I bought this multiple times now. But this specific one I received had odd black things in it. Not sure how to describe it. Like rubbery black balls. The size of an ant. I just picked it out when I would see one and then ended up having a bad gut feeling of this package so i just tossed it. Sad though because it is not cheap.

It may sound weird, but this is the best salt I have ever tried. It is packed with all the nutrients and minerals that get taken out of most store bought salt. It might be stupid of me to buy $11 salt, but I will do it every time. It only takes a small amount, so you can use it in baking, grilling, sprinkling or whatever you want!
