The unit is well-made and intuitive. It comes in a carrying case, which is easy to open. You unroll the pack, preferably on the floor, but it also works on the couch and the bed. We prefer the hard surface floor but have also used it on the sofa with good results. The power cord could be longer to reach a wall outlet. However, we used a six-foot extension cord to reach the nearest wall outlet. The unit has red lines to show where your neck and waste should be when you lie on the unit. The unit is perfect if you are 5' 8' or less. It will work if you are 6 feet or more, but your feet will hang over the end of the unit. The important thing is to align your neck with the redline on the unit. The auto feature is the best. It will go through all of the motions of your entire body. This takes about 20 minutes, then it will stop. You can reset it or press the button for an individual function, like the back roller. This unit also has three heat intensities. The high heat is hot and could be too hot for some. I prefer the medium heat. Set-up takes about a minute. Putting it away takes about two minutes. We leave it out since we use it every day. It is relaxing but deep, massaging the entire back and neck muscle knots. The calf/thigh air compression is not too tight. It feels nice. The neck area tilts your head from left to right and back again, stretching your neck muscles. This is the best unit we have for an automatic body massage. For all the motions that it does, you would think it cost several hundred dollars or more. We love this unit and use it every day after work. It is perfect if you have lower or upper back pain, including neck tension.

Wow. Just wow!! I'm so grateful to have come across this product. I was actually looking for something completely unrelated and this caught my interest, so I read on. I am 5'1, 118 pounds and in chronic pain from scoliosis. I am also a retired massage therapist. Because of my size I've never had any luck with these kind of products. I've tried all the portable back massager gadgets, spent money on the 'magic' costly massage chairs, and nothing seems to fit right or provide any kind of genuine relief for me because I'm never fully comfortable. With not much expectation & a tad of skepticism, I thought what the heck... and added it to my cart! Amazon is so incredible with returns so I felt safe enough purchase knowing if it didn't work for me I could easily return it and get my money back. Well let me tell you,, I'm keeping it! I am so grateful I took the risk! This product is seriously a little slice of heaven all rolled up in a carrying case!I am extremely pleased with how it functions, how it actually works for my small body size and more importantly with how it left me feeling! I was actually smiling after the first time using it (maybe drooling too). The best part about it, you can do it in the comfort of your own home, in any room you choose! Do it while watching TV if you want! To those nitpicking in their reviews about it not fitting perfectly, or not massaging enough, I would politely remind them that this is not meant to replace human hands that give a massage. It isn't going do neuro-muscular therapy or deep tissue massage on you! It's meant to provide comforting relief, relaxation, gentle stretching as well as stimulate circulation and blood flow throughout the body; it's also portable. But you're going to need to work with it a few times to figure out what positioning etc. feels right for you to maximize the result. It isn't going to come out of the box perfectly fit for just you. If your expectations are realistic, you will not be disappointed with this purchase! I'm extremely impressed and would give it 10 stars if I could.

It's a completely different type of massager that we're not used to! It doesn't leave you with literal bruises like some others. It's got a nice and relaxing sensation as opposed to a brutal and jarring traditional massager usually has. I found it very nice for the slow days when you just ache - throw it on, it warms you up, moves you around, and relieves your muscles and cramps. This machine basically stretches you, and assists you in movements that you would otherwise find hard to do, or wouldn't spend the time doing yourself. It's a nice step away from the hassles, and let's us peacefully relax and enjoy assisted movement while leaving tension at bay. I'd get it again!The massager folds up into a very secure briefcase-like carry pouch, perfect for storing away; and unrolls and rapidly fills with air and deflates to create a cushion that's very enjoyable to lay on. I recommend using this on a bed or on a yoga mat if you want a bit of a firmer experience use it on hard floor. It will fill to comfort you. When done, roll it up, Velcro it off, and store away for the next rainy day that you feel like you could use a little bit of a break from the stress of everyday life.
