These chairs are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to assemble plus they look fabulous. The company who sells these chairs gives excellent customer service.

The quality is quite good, but if it is stored, these chairs can't be stacked.

I order and put a lot of things together, and for some reason, struggled with my imagination of how the back should be attached to the seat. I even paid extra special attention to the 2nd chair assembly to not make the same mistake as the first and by golly, failed again. After getting them together, the chairs are sturdy and comfortable. My requirement was to be able to swivel and rock and never buying anything again for outdoors requiring cushions. I love these chairs because there is no maintenance.

Chair is of poor quality and construction hi used the handle on the back of the chair and it came off in my hand without the back handle the rear portion on the chair has no support instead of soldering they put in two plastic chips which when broken cannot be fixed so I need the company to see me the parts that hold the handle onto the frame…

Order promptly delivered.Assembly had a small learning curve - 1st chair took me 30 minutes (would've been 15 minutes if i wasn't assembling alone). 2nd-8th chairs took 15-20 minutes each.Chairs were the right color, look great with black table.Very pleased.

I ordered these chairs for my patio. They look nice and they are comfortable, but the quality goes down from there. Some of the plastic end caps on the lets are missing, and some of the bolts will not tighten up. I emailed the customer service and ask them to please send please send me the missing plastic caps plus some extras because some were loose, and also another set of the bolts. They replied asking for the parts numbers plus my phone number and address. I sent the bolt parts number, but the plastic caps did not have a number, which I told them. I have sent all that information twice, but have not heard back from them! So, I have nice looking chairs that scratch my flooring whenever they move and leak rusty water from the legs on the flooring!! I would not order from this company again!!

I bought 4 and use them on our patio deck. They are tall enough to rest my head(5'8") and look nice. I had considered wicker/rattan sets, but pairing these chairs with a few small tables was less cluttered looking and cost half the price. Plus, I didn't want to deal with cushions. I'm very happy with my purchase.
