So good. One of the key ingredients to awesome Butter Chicken.

Great flavor and was exactly what I needed for the recipe I was making. It’s a large bag that will last a while!

Hard to say if no other ingredients are added to it, but I cooked my dal (pea soup) with this spice and the taste is good. I was looking for asafetida without any flour or gums. It says only one ingredient on the package, so, I hope it's true.

This is the best value and some of the best hing I have used - and I've been using hing since about 1987. Will buy again.

Very good and tadty

Love eating beans, but I become so gaseous after eating them. Someone told me to use this to help it. Haven’t tried it yet, so I don’t know how effective it’s going to help. Haven’t even open the package, so I don’t know how I like it either. Will experiment it and rewrite my review later.Revised after using:Added a pinch in my turkey soup with lots of veggies. When opening the pouch, there was a very pungent smell (a mix of oniony spices), but the soup was fine. I added other spices, so I cannot tell solely about this one, but I think this spice is safe to add to cooking, maybe only in a small amounts. When it comes to flatulence, it seems helping, but not too certain.

Works out great.

I love adding Tumeric to my diet each morning.
