56 or pegs are missing can I contact someone re this

Would contact Amazon as faulty product

What are the templates made from? Do they just have holes where the round pegs go?

They are made of black paper , not cardboard

How big are the black paper sheets? We have the original but it is broken so want to know if the original sheets will fit.

It's only about 6in wide. I don't believe it's as big as the original.
