Well, I don't drink old fashions, or any whiskey drink for that matter, but these glasses are perfect for my use. I like an evening gin and tonic, but I don't need as large a drink as many tallboy glasses will hold. These are the right size, a good weight and feel substantial in my hand and do not tip over. I got this design specifically because of the hobnail exterior. All of my clear glass glasses are etched from the dishwasher, and I figured that the etching would not be so obvious on these. Nice looking and not as expensive as many similar glasses.

These glasses are a really great quality, just be aware that they’re not as tall as a regular drinking glass. Have they been 2 inches taller they would be the perfect all-around glass.
