Noodles are now a treat for us that we indulge weekly. My husband has to be gluten-free due to Celiacs so we've had to use Gluten Free noodles. Red Lentil and Chickpea from Barilla taste fine but have an off putting crunch down the throat which isn't my Ideal noodle texture.These however, are silky and delicious! As a fun side effect, they make the cooking water purple which might make for a colorful Alfredo the next time i try. I have ordered the Black Rice noodles twice at $30per8 and plan to try the Brown Rice noodles next!

Makes every dish look more appetizing. To me, rice noodles don't have much taste, but they take on the taste of whatever you cook them with: Chicken soup, pesto or alfredo sauces. So, having the black noodles is great. They make dishes look so amazing...especially if you mix them 1/2 & 1/2 with white noodles. I thought I would use them once in a while, but I like them in everything now. I will continue to buy this brand because the noodles are perfect every time....and no, the black color does not make your sauce black.

This is my go-to product for carbs! So quick and easy to prepare, though they can get stuck together if you don't cook them right. I'm just a huge fan of forbidden rice and forbidden rice noodles, and these go with anything because they have a mild enough taste to not overtake any dish but also have a good, light, nutty flavor so that they can be eaten by themselves with just a little salt.

Not my favorite noodles - they take a very long time to become soft, unlike most rice noodles, and they're much thicker than usual as well. They also fall apart quite easily, probably because you have to soak them so long to achieve the desired texture.

It actually doesnt have much flavor except rice, i do like the taste of rice and the chewiness of the noodle is what i like the most… although if cook too long it still becomes soft, but overall i like this product!! it’s just the recent time when i received, there seems to be more broken pieces of noodles in each pack and that’s unfortunate. Hopefully the shopping can be better? (more protected?)…

My kids love these noodles. So does everyone else I’ve ever fed them to. But the cooking directions are wrong! You need to cook them at least 6 minutes in boiling water before draining and rinsing. I usually test after 6 minutes and then drain if they’re right. I’d also love the packages to contain a few more noodles - they’re just a little too small for my family of 4.

They are pricey but I do think it's worth it. Again, not much to flavor when it comes to any kind of noodle but this is convenient, healthier than other noodle options and you can do anything with them. I often put whatever vegetable or healthy seafood dish I've made over them. I do highly recommend them if you are able to purchase.
