easy to put together, love the brown caramel color
I wish that both packages had arrived at the same time or closer to each other- had to wait over 1 wek for the 3nd box but all the parts were there!!

Nice couch
Outside of a few shipping issues, the couch is really nice. Nice to be able to switch orientation and the color is as pictures. It’s a little on the firm side but still comfortable for a basic couch. Seller was very efficient to work with when only half the couch originally showed up.

Easy set up, good for price.
My kids (10-14yo) set it up while I was out for an errand and had time to tidy the whole house before I got back. So set up was easy and quick. The fabric is suede-like material. In case you’re like me and expected some synthetic leather fabric.) the ottoman is shorter than it seemed in pictures. I didn’t check the measurements of the ottoman before I purchased. That’s on me too.

Garbage
This sofa is basically garbage. Cushion is bad. Material covering the sofa feels weird and doesn’t fit and function as it should. I need a full refund and it’s going to cost me money to get rid of it. Seller’s respond is slow and offer was partial refund which I refuse. Please refund fully right away!!!

A grown man can’t even sit on the chase part
Smaller than expected even though I did measure. The chase part isn’t even big enough for a grown man to stretch out on. The bottom chase part isn’t even connected to the base. It will be too much trouble to return so… 🤦🏻♀️ don’t buy a couch off Amazon.

Beautiful Couch
This sofa has an excellent aesthetic that warms up our space with the great color, very soft faux leather fabric. Very easy to put together, and holds together great. Love being able to switch chaise sides as we recently moved into our apartment and are still deciding how we want it to sit.

Beautiful couch
This couch is very beautiful, easy to assemble and very light. I gave it 4 stars only because if you’re a taller person the couch is very small in height and where the chaise is it’s not very long for your legs to really rest. I would also like to add I was able to assemble the couch and bring the boxes in the house. Very light in product but extremely sturdy.
